摘  要:随着“温室效应”日益加重,各地夏季日最大逐时温度呈现出远高于日平均温度的趋势,造成建筑物内温度波动大和供暖能耗高。文中探究了一种新型相变泡沫混凝土材料,其作为建筑外墙保温层,对所制相变储热泡沫混凝土所构造的相变墙体进行传热性能的数值模拟。结果表明:广州地区建筑的东、南及西朝向外墙依次采用复合相变材料含量为15%、15%和25%的相变泡沫混凝土,具有较好隔热作用,对减少室内温度波动效果明显,在建筑节能领域具有广泛应用前景。With the increasing aggravation of "greenhouse effect", the daily maximum hourly temperature in summer is much higher than the daily average temperature, resulting in large temperature fluctuations in buildings and high energy consumption for heating. In this paper, a new type of phase change foamed concrete(PCM) material is prepared as the insulation layer of building exterior wall, and the heat transfer performance of the PCM wall constructed by PCM is simulated numerically. The results show that phase change foam concrete(PCM) with 15%, 15% and 25% composite PCM content in the east, south and west facing exterior walls of buildings in Guangzhou has a good heat insulation effect and has a significant effect on reducing indoor temperature fluctuations, which has a wide application prospect in the field of building energy conservation.
