摘 要:采用铜选矿产生的铜尾矿经工业脱硫后,通过降碱及发泡剂掺量调控,优化设计制备了泡沫微晶玻璃。当发泡剂掺量为0.3%时,制备的泡沫微晶玻璃导热系数为0.07881 W/m·K,体积密度为183kg/m^(3),放射性合格且主要重金属浸出毒性符合国家标准要求。通过对制备泡沫微晶玻璃过程中原料、配料及产品主要重金属元素的含量分析,制备泡沫微晶玻璃可以有效固化尾矿中的重金属元素。In the experiment, the copper tailings produced by copper beneficiation were industrially desulfurized, and the foamed glassceramics were prepared by optimized design through alkali reduction and adjustment of the amount of foaming agent. When the amount of foaming agent is 0.3%, the thermal conductivity of the prepared foamed glass-ceramics is 0.07881 W/m.K, the bulk density is 183kg/cm~3, the radioactivity is qualified, and the leaching toxicity of main heavy metals meets the requirements of national standards. By analyzing the content of main heavy metal elements in raw materials, ingredients and products in the process of preparing foamed glass-ceramics, the preparation of foamed glass-ceramics can effectively solidify the heavy metal elements in tailings.
