摘　　要：文中以天津市东丽区生活垃圾综合处理厂PPP项目综合楼地下防水工程为例,对聚氯乙烯(PVC)防水卷材的应用进行了分析,以提高地下防水工程的施工质量。Taking the underground waterproof project of PPP project as an example, the application of PVC waterproof coil is analyzed to improve the construction quality of underground waterproof project.
