棉/达芙丝混纺纱线与针织物的性能

摘　　要：选用混纺比例为90/10、80/20、75/25的棉/达芙丝混纺纱制备相应的双罗纹针织物,对比测试、分析棉/达芙丝混纺纱和针织物的各项性能。结果显示:随达芙丝纤维占比增加,棉/达芙丝混纺纱与针织物的回潮率依次增大,吸湿曲线和放湿曲线规律一致;混纺纱的断裂强力和断裂伸长率、动摩擦因数、毛羽指数减小;针织物的透湿率、芯吸高度增加,透气率、克罗值下降明显。当达芙丝纤维占比为20%时,混纺纱与针织物的回潮率高,吸湿和放湿性能接近且更好。The cotton/Defrostex blended yarn with the blending ratio of 90/10,80/20 and 75/25 is selected to prepare corresponding interlock knitted fabrics,and the properties of blended yarns of moisture absorpting/releasing curves,stretch fracture,frictional coefficient,hairiness index and yarn uniformity are tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of proportion of Defrostex fiber,the moisture regain of cotton/Defrostex blend yarns and interlock knitted fabrics increase in turn,the moisture absorpting/releasing curves are similar in the law of change.The properties of blended yarns of tensile strength and breaking elongation rate,coefficient of kinetic friction,hairiness index gradually decrease.The performances of interlock knitted fabrics of moisture permeability,wicking height increases but air permeability and Clo value decrease significantly.When the proportion rate of Defrostex fiber is 20%,the moisture regain of blended yarns and knitted fabric is high,and the moisture absorption and dehumidification properties are close to and better.
