摘 要:针对纺制紧密纺普梳14.6 tex纯棉纱线过程中存在成纱条干差、棉结多,强力低等问题,在紧密纺机前区附加普通隔距块和压力棒隔距块,并对其成纱纱线的强伸性、条干均匀度和毛羽数量等各项指标进行了测试分析与对比。试验结果表明,附加压力棒隔距块比普通隔距块成纱质量好,压力棒隔距块2.75 mm更适用于纺制紧密纺普梳14.6 tex纯棉纱线。In view of the problems of yarn evenness difference,many neps and low strength in the process of spinning compact carded 14.6 tex yarn,ordinary spacer blocks and pressure bar spacer blocks are adding in the front area of compact spinning machine,and the indexes of yarn strength and elongation,evenness and hairiness are tested,analyzed and compared.The experimental results show that the yarn quality of the additional pressure bar spacer block is better than that of the ordinary spacer block,and pressure bar spacer block of 2.75 mm is more suitable for spinning compact carded yarn with 14.6 tex.
