摘　　要：设计并生产了纯苎麻色织纬管织物。介绍了产品设计过程,包括织物规格、色纱排列、上机图、织物上机参数,并对主要生产工序如纱线染色、络筒、整经、浆纱及织造工序的生产工艺与技术措施进行了分析与探讨。产品织机效率超过88%,下机一等品率达92%,入库一等品率达98%。成品风格独特,立体感强,适宜制作夏季休闲服装。The pure Ramie yarn-dyed weft-knitted fabric is designed and produced.The product design process,such as fabric specification,color yarn arrangement,fabric parameters and drawing,is introduced in detail.The main production processes such as yarn dyeing,winding,warping,sizing and weaving,as well as the production process and technical measures are emphatically analyzed and discussed.The loom efficiency is over 88%,the first-class product rate is over 92%and the first-class product rate is over 98%.The product has the unique style and strong stereoscopic sense,especially suitable for the production of summer casual clothing.
