摘 要:为了研究不同类型口罩误经家庭洗涤后性能的变化,选择广泛使用的6种一次性口罩,根据其标识的检测标准测试其原样及经家庭洗涤后的颗粒物过滤效率及呼吸阻力(通气阻力、压力差),并进行比较分析。结果表明:家庭洗涤对口罩过滤效率的影响与口罩形状密切相关,原样过滤效率在99%以上的6款口罩,洗涤后过滤效率明显降低且波动较大,降低程度排序为平面型口罩>折叠型口罩>立体口罩;洗涤后立体口罩的过滤效率在44%~72%,折叠型口罩在34%~40%,而平面型口罩下降至30%左右。洗涤后口罩的呼吸阻力(通气阻力、压力差)略有下降。In order to study the performance changes of different types of masks after mistakenly washing at home,6 kinds of disposable masks widely used masks are selected,and their particle filter efficiency(PFE)and respiratory resistance(ventilation resistance,pressure difference)of the masks after accidental home laundering are tested and compared according to according to the detection standard of their identification.The results indicate that the effect of home laundering on the PFE is closely related to the shape of masks.The filtration efficiency of 6 masks with the original filtration efficiency of more than 99%decreases significantly and fluctuates greatly after washing.The order of reduction is planar masks>folding masks>three-dimensional masks;After washing,the filtration efficiency of three-dimensional masks is 44%~72%,that of folding masks is 34%~40%,and that of plane masks is reduced to about 30%.After washing,the respiratory resistance(ventilation resistance,pressure difference)of the mask decreases slightly.
