通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及其对患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及其对患者心功能的影响。方法选取2018年11月—2020年12月江西省新余市人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者80例作为研究对象,按照交替分组法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规方案治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上采用通心络胶囊治疗,2组均治疗10 d。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、心功能及不良反应。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.440,P=0.006);治疗10 d后,2组患者心绞痛发作次数、左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积低于治疗前,左室射血分数高于治疗前,且研究组降低/升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);研究组患者药物不良反应总发生率为12.50%,对照组患者药物不良反应总发生率为22.50%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.385,P=0.239)。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果确切,可有效减少心绞痛发作次数,对患者的心功能有积极影响,且治疗安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its effect on cardiac function.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Xinyu People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from November 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into study group and control group according to alternating grouping method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of treatment in the control group,both groups were treated for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,angina attack frequency,cardiac function before and after treatment and adverse reactions of 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 72.50%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.440,P=0.006).After 10 days of treatment,the number of angina attacks,left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume in two groups were lower than before treatment,and left ventricular ejection fraction were higher than before treatment,and the amplitude of decrease/increase in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse drug reactions was 12.50%in the study group and 22.50%in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.385,P=0.239).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has a definite effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can effectively reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attack and has a positive effect on the cardiac function of patients.Moreover,it is of high safety and worthy of clinical application.
