妇科止痛颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效及对患者IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α和PGE_(2)水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察妇科止痛颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)的临床疗效及对患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))水平的影响。方法选择2018年7月—2019年7月于重庆市中医院妇科门诊收治的SPID患者160例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各80例。观察组给予妇科止痛颗粒治疗,对照组给予妇科再造胶囊治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α和PGE_(2)水平。结果治疗后观察组患者的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035)。治疗后,2组患者血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及PGE_(2)水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平较对照组下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但2组患者PGE_(2)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科止痛颗粒治疗SPID的疗效较好,可降低血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及PGE_(2)水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fukezhitong granule in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(SPID)and the effects on serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and prostagranin E_(2)(PGE_(2)).Methods A total of 160 patients with SPID admitted to the Department of Gynecology,Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,80 cases in each group.Observation group was given Fukezhitong granule treatment,control group was given gynecology reconstruction capsule treatment.The serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand PGE_(2) before and after treatment were compared between 2 groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,higher than 85.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand PGE_(2) in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin observation group were decreased more significantly than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).However,there was no significant difference in PGE_(2) levels between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fukezhitong granule has a good effect in the treatment of SPID,and can reduce the levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand PGE_(2) in serum.
