摘 要:研究分别在高/低两种磷肥质量浓度胁迫后,柴胡植株各部位中含柴胡皂苷a、c、d量的变化规律.建立高效液相色谱法同时测定柴胡皂苷a、c、d的方法,并测定高/低两种质量浓度磷肥胁迫后,柴胡植株各部位中含三种皂苷成分的量.建立的同时测定含三种皂苷量的方法符合方法学要求.相比于对照组,低质量浓度磷肥胁迫后,柴胡植株各部位中含柴胡皂苷a的量会增加;高质量浓度磷肥胁迫后,主茎中含三种柴胡皂苷量均增加.高/低质量浓度磷肥分别胁迫后,会对柴胡各部位中含柴胡皂苷的量产生影响.To study the changes of saikosaponin a,c and d contents in different parts of Bupleurum chinense under high/low phosphate concentration stress.A method for simultaneous determination of saikosaponin a,c and d by high-performance liquid chromatography was established,and the contents of three saponins in various parts of saikosaponin plant after high/low concentration phosphate fertilizer stress were determined.The established method for simultaneous determination of three saponins met the requirements of methodology.Compared with the control group,the content of saikosaponin a in all parts of Bupleurum chinense plant will increase after low concentration phosphate fertilizer stress;after high concentration phosphate fertilizer stress,the contents of three saikosaponin in the main stem increased.The content of saikosaponin in different parts of Bupleurum chinense will be affected by high/low concentration phosphate fertilizer respectively.
