摘 要:使用1,4-对苯二酚溶液作为模拟污水,研究了铜离子芬顿体系在各种条件下对污水中1,4-对苯二酚的去除率.控制各变量,开始单因素试验,得出各因素最佳条件.之后根据单因素实验结果设计正交表进行正交实验得出最佳反应条件.对于处理100 mL的量、COD为900 mg/L的含1,4-对苯二酚模拟污水,最佳硫酸铜投加使用量为50 mg,反应最佳酸碱度pH=3,最佳过氧化氢使用量为1 mL,最佳七水合硫酸亚铁的使用量为100 mg,最优时间为10 min.在最佳条件下1,4-对苯二酚去除率最高为83%.In this paper,1,4-hydroquinone solution was used as simulated wastewater to study the removal rate of 1,4-hydroquinone in wastewater by copper ion Fenton system under various conditions.First of all,the variables were controlled and the single factor experiment was carried out to obtain the best conditions of each factor.According to the single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment was carried out to get the best reaction conditions.For the treatment of 100 mL simulated wastewater containing 1,4-hydroquinone with COD of 900 mg/L,the optimal pH value was 3,the optimal dosage of copper sulfate was 50 mg,the optimal dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 1 mL,the optimal dosage of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate was 100 mg,and the optimal reaction time was 10 min.Under the optimum conditions,the highest removal rate was 83%.
