摘 要:以金属硝酸盐Ce(NO_(3))_(3)、Y(NO_(3))_(3)、Mg(NO_(3))_(2)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备系列电解质材料Ce_(0.8)Y_(0.2-x)Mg_(x)O_(2-δ)(x=0、0.02、0.04、0.06、0.08、0.1),并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等手段对样品进行测试表征.结果表明,电解质材料经600℃煅烧3 h后形成立方萤石结构,并具有较高的烧结活性.压制成片的电解质在1550℃下烧结仍为立方萤石结构,较为致密;电化学性能研究表明,800℃时电导率为0.039 S/cm,Ce_(0.8)Y_(0.2-x)Mg_(x)O_(2-δ)电解质材料可以作为中温固体氧化物燃料电池的候选材料.Series of electrolyte materials Ce_(0.8)Y_(0.2-x)Mg_(x)O_(2-δ)(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.1)were prepared by sol-gel method using metal nitrate Ce(NO_(3))_(3),Y(NO_(3))_(3),Mg(NO_(3))_(2)as raw materials.The samples were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results showed that the cubic fluorite structure was formed after calcination at 600℃for 3 h,and it has high sintering activity.When sintered at 1550℃,the pressed sheet electrolyte still exhibits a cubic fluorite structure and is relatively compact.The electrochemical properties of Ce_(0.8)Y_(0.2-x)Mg_(x)O_(2-δ)electrolyte with a conductivity of 0.039 S/cm at 800℃can be used as a candidate material for medium-temperature solid oxide fuel cells.
