摘 要:目的探索机能学实验教学的线上线下、虚实结合新模式。方法采用实验对照研究。从漳州卫生职业学院2018级护理专业中选取2个班(分18个实验小组117人)作为实验组,实施雨课堂结合虚拟仿真教学;另外2个班(分18个实验小组114人)作为对照组,实施传统教学。线上教学平台,雨课堂4.0;虚拟仿真教学软件,泰盟公司VMC-100。采用χ2检验和T检验统计分析数据。对实验组学生进行问卷调查。结果在兔气管插管、兔动脉插管和大鼠麻醉三项操作中,实验组完成率高于对照组(P<0.05);神经分离项目中两组完成率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组在兔气管插管、兔动脉插管和大鼠麻醉三项操作中的平均用时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);神经分离项目中两组平均用时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。问卷调查表明学生对新型教学模式有浓厚兴趣、满意度高。结论虚拟仿真技术结合雨课堂在机能学实验教学改革中效果显著,对激发学生学习兴趣有明显作用。本研究的线上线下、虚实结合模式能即时反馈学生学习状况,值得推广。Objective To explore a new model of online-offline and virtual-real combined functional science experimental teaching.Methods An experimental controlled study was used.Two classes(divided into 18experimental groups of 117 people)were selected from the nursing students of the Class of 2022 in Zhangzhou Health Vocational College as the experimental group,and the rain classroom combined with virtual simulation teaching was implemented;the other two classes(divided into 18 experimental groups of 114 people)were used as controls group to implement traditional teaching.Rain Classroom 4.0 was used as the online teaching platform,while the VMC-100 of Thai Union was utilized as the virtual simulation teaching software.The data were analyzed statistically using the test and T-test.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the students in the experimental group.Results In the three operations of rabbit tracheal intubation,rabbit arterial intubation and rat anesthesia,the completion rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the completion rate between the two groups in the nerve dissociation project(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the average time between the two groups in the three operations of rabbit tracheal intubation,rabbit arterial intubation and rat anesthesia(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the average time between the two groups in the nerve separation project(P>0.05).The questionnaire survey shows that students have a strong interest in and high satisfaction with the new teaching model.Conclusion The virtual simulation technology combined with the Rain Classroom has a significant effect on the functional experimental teaching reform,and plays a significant role in stimulating students’interest in learning.The online-offline and virtual-real combination model of this study provides immediate feedback on students’learning status,which is worthy of promotion.
