摘　　要：基于SWOT分析法,分析福建有线电视行业在自身发展过程中的优势与劣势,以及所面临的的机遇与威胁,并提出有线电视行业在新时期应增强创新意识,加快业务发展、加强人才建设等措施,以期加强福建有线电视行业的核心竞争力。Based on SWOT analysis,this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats facing Fujian’s cable TV industry in its own development process,and puts forward some measures for the cable TV industry in the new era,such as enhancing innovation consciousness,accelerating business development and strengthening talent construction,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of Fujian’s cable TV enterprises.
