摘　　要：心功能分析作为心脏MRI提供的关键诊断信息之一,伴随计算机图像后处理能力的进步而不断提高,各种分析指标不断被发现,这些指标各自具有不同的病理生理意义,诊断效能也不尽相同。认识和掌握这些指标的原理、意义及适应证有助于心脏疾病的临床诊断和管理,对治疗和预后评估有重要意义。本文拟从维度分解的角度,综述从四维、三维、二维和一维4个方面,对磁共振心功能指标进行归类分析和阐释。As one of the key diagnostic information provided by cardiac MRI,cardiac function analysis has been continuously improved with the advancement of computer image post-processing capabilities,various analysis indicators with different pathophysiological significance and diagnostic effectiveness have been discovered.Understanding and mastering the principles,significance and indications of these indicators is helpful for the clinical diagnosis and management of heart disease,and is of great significance for treatment and prognosis evaluation.From the perspective of dimensional decomposition,this paper reviewed the classification,analysis and interpretation of MRI cardiac function indicators from four aspects:four-dimensional,three-dimensional,two-dimensional and one-dimensional.
