摘 要:为了确定不同设计速度公路养护作业控制区最终限速值和分阶限速方案,建立了警告区、上游过渡区和缓冲区的仿真模型,得到了车辆运行速度随着运行距离的分布规律,研究了最终限速值和分阶限速对运行速度标准差稳定系数Devs和冲突率影响。结果表明:一阶限速最终限速值较小时易造成限速区交通拥堵,高阶限速有利于车速平稳下降,警告区Devs震荡幅度减小,冲突率降低。但是当设计速度较低时,高阶限速造成车速变化频次上升,Devs震幅和冲突率反而上升。设计速度100 km/h和80 km/h公路养护作业区宜采用三阶限速,最终限速值分别取60 km/h和50 km/h;而设计速度60 km/h和40 km/h公路养护作业区宜采用一阶限速,最终限速值分别取40 km/h和30 km/h。In order to determine the final speed limit value and hierarchical speed limit scheme in maintenance work area of highway with different design speeds,the simulation models of advance warn⁃ing area,upstream transition area and buffer area were established,the distribution law of vehicle run⁃ning speed with running distance was obtained,and the effects of final speed limit value and hierarchi⁃cal speed limit on the variation of stability coefficient of speed standard deviation(Devs)and conflict rate were studied.The results show that when the final speed limit value of the first-order speed limit is small,it is easy to cause traffic congestion in the speed limit area.The high-order speed limit is conducive to the steady decline of vehicle speed and the decrease of Devs and conflict rate in ad⁃vance warning area.However,when the design speed is low,the high-order speed limit increases the fre⁃quency of speed change,and the Devs amplitude and conflict rate increase instead.The third-order speed limit should be adopted in the maintenance work area of highway with the design speed of 100km/h and 80km/h,and the final speed limit values are 60 km/h and 50 km/h respectively;The first-order speed limit should be adopted in the maintenance work area of highway with the design speed of 60 km/h and 40 km/h,and the final speed limit values are 40 km/h and 30 km/h respectively.
