摘 要:新工科背景下的海洋材料交叉专业建设方案是我国高等教育改革发展的重大举措,为应用型大学学科发展提供了新的专业发展方向。介绍中国海洋大学材料学院2010—2020年的材料工程专业研究生以提升工程能力为导向的产学研相融合的特色化培养模式,通过建立和完善优质的专业研究生实践基地和培养体系,引进国外师资打造双语课程,激发研究生的创新精神和自主研发能力,以满足国家对海洋材料工程高水平专业应用人才的需求,也为相关行业材料工程及其产教融合提供参考。Under the background of Emerging Engineering Education,the construction scheme of marine materials interdisciplinary specialty is an important measure for the reform and development of higher education in China,which provides a new professional development direction for the discipline development of applicationoriented universities.Investigation focuses on the cultivation of materials engineering postgraduates with marine characteristics in the School of Materials,Ocean University of China from 2010 to 2020,especially the oriented characteristic cultivation of the integration of industry,university and research to enhance engineering ability.This mode not only provides reference for the material engineering of related industries and the integration of industry and education,but also provides important talent and intellectual support for promoting the strategy of maritime power.Through the establishment and improvement of high-quality professional postgraduate practice base and training system,the introduction of foreign teachers to create bilingual courses,we can stimulate the innovative spirit and independent research and development ability of postgraduates,meet the national demand for high-level professional application talents of marine materials engineering,gradually form the innovative talent training system of materials engineering with“ocean materials engineering”as the axis,and strengthen the talent relationship key technology independent research and development capabilities so as to better serve the construction of a maritime power.
