自血穴位注射联合消风散穴位贴敷治疗风热犯表型慢性荨麻疹的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨自血穴位注射联合消风散穴位贴敷治疗风热犯表型慢性荨麻疹的效果。方法:选取2019年9月-2021年6月宁德市中医院皮肤科及针灸科门诊70例风热犯表型慢性荨麻疹患者。按随机对照表随机将其分为综合组和西药组,各35例。综合组给予自血穴位注射联合消风散穴位贴敷,西药组给予依巴斯汀片。比较两组治疗前后荨麻疹症状评分、临床疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗后,两组荨麻疹症状评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),综合组荨麻疹症状评分低于西药组,治疗前后差值高于西药组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但综合组愈显率(73.53%)高于西药组(48.57%)(P<0.05)。治疗后随访3个月,综合组复发率低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:自血穴位注射联合消风散穴位贴敷能改善风热犯表型慢性荨麻疹患者荨麻疹症状,提高临床疗效,降低复发率,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint injection of autologous blood combined with Xiaofeng Powder acupoint application in the treatment of chronic urticaria with wind heat attack phenotype.Method:From September 2019 to June 2021,70 patients with chronic urticaria with wind heat attack phenotype were selected from the outpatient of Dermatology and Acupuncture Department of Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random control table,they were randomly divided into comprehensive group and western medicine group,with 35 cases in each group.The comprehensive group was given acupoint injection of autologous blood combined with Xiaofeng Powder acupoint application,and the western medicine group was given Ebastine Tablets.The symptoms of urticaria before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and recurrence condition were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the score of urticaria symptoms in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The score of urticaria symptoms in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the western medicine group,and the difference before and after treatment was higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the markedly effective rate in the comprehensive group(73.53%)was higher than that in the western medicine group(48.57%)(P<0.05).They were followed up for 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection of autologous blood combined with Xiaofeng Powder acupoint application can improve the urticaria symptom score of chronic urticaria patients with wind heat attack phenotype,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of promotion.
