多维度协同护理干预对前列腺切除术后尿失禁患者的I-QOL、ICI-Q-SF评分及排尿频次的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列腺切除术后尿失禁患者接受多维度协同护理干预对生活质量(I-QOL)、尿失禁主观评估量表(ICI-Q-SF)评分及排尿频次的影响。方法:随机筛选2021年1月-2022年1月在福建医科大学附属第一医院行前列腺切除术后尿失禁患者104例,应用随机数字表法划分为对照组和观察组,每组52例,前者术后应用常规护理,后者以常规护理为基础应用多维度协同护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组排尿频次对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组日间排尿次数、夜间排尿次数及尿失禁频次均少于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组I-QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者ICI-Q-SF评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者ICI-Q-SF评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺切除术后尿失禁患者护理期间应用多维度协同护理干预对提升患者生活质量及改善患者主观感受具有积极效应,可借鉴和推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing intervention on quality of life(I-QOL),international consultation on incontinence questionnaire short form(ICI-Q-SF)and urination frequency in patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy.Method:A total of 104 patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The former applied routine nursing,and the latter applied multi-dimensional collaborative nursing based on routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing,there were no significant differences in urination frequency indexes between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After nursing,the frequency of diurnal urination,night urination and urinary incontinence in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the I-QOL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in ICI-Q-SF score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the ICI-Q-SF score of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy has a positive effect on improving the quality of life and subjective feelings of patients,which can be used for reference and popularized.
