环激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射与大隐静脉剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究环激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射与大隐静脉剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张的效果。方法:选取2021年1-8月东海县人民医院就诊的大隐静脉曲张患者102例。随机将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组51例。对照组采用大隐静脉剥脱术治疗,治疗组采用环激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗。比较两组术中出血量及恢复程度、临床疗效。比较两组总有效患者康复时间。结果:对照组术中出血量明显多于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组静脉临床严重程度评分表(VCSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效患者康复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大隐静脉曲张患者若想提高早期治疗效果,可使用环激光闭合联合泡沫硬化剂注射治疗。Objective:To study the effect of ring laser closure combined with injection of foam hardener and stripping surgery of great saphenous vein in the treatment of varicose great saphenous vein.Method:A total of 102 patients with varicose great saphenous vein treated in People’s Hospital of Donghai County from January to August 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with great saphenous vein strip ping,and the treatment group was treated with ring laser closure combined with foam hardener injection.The intraoperative bleeding volume,recovery degree and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.The rehabilitation time of total effective patients in the two groups was compared.Result:The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of venous clinical severity scale(VCSS)in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation time of total effective patients in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:If patients with varicose great saphenous vein want to improve the early treatment effect,they can use ring laser closure combined with foam hardener injection treatment.
