强制戒毒患者自残原因及护理对策探讨

摘　　要：当前毒情形势基本处于稳定控制状态,但受到国内外等多种复杂因素的影响,全球毒情有所蔓延,国内毒品问题不容忽视,戒毒工作的难度依旧较大。一般常见的毒品包括摇头丸、氯胺酮、冰毒等,无论何种毒品均会对吸毒人员健康、精神等产生严重影响,因此针对吸毒人采取强制戒毒十分必要。一般强制戒毒以隔离戒毒为主,在隔离戒毒期间患者可能由于情绪不佳、自由受限、毒瘾发作等出现自残甚至自杀行为,严重威胁患者生命安全。因此分析强制戒毒患者出现自残原因,并针对其采取科学有效的综合护理,可以确保患者生命安全。本文将从毒品的成瘾性及危害性、强制戒毒患者自残原因、强制戒毒患者护理对策等角度进行分析,以为此类患者恢复健康提供支持。The current drug situation is basically in a stable control state,but affected by a variety of complex factors at home and abroad,the global drug situation has spread,the domestic drug problem can not be ignored,the difficulty of drug treatment is still great.The common drugs include Ecstasy,Ketamine,Methamphetamine,etc.No matter what drugs they are,they will have a serious impact on the health and spirit of drug users.Therefore,it is necessary to take compulsory detoxification for drug users.Generally,compulsory detoxification is mainly in isolation,during which patients may self-harm or even commit suicide due to bad mood,limited freedom and drug addiction,seriously threatening their life safety.Therefore,to analyze the reasons of self-harm of compulsory detoxification patients and take scientific and effective comprehensive nursing can ensure the patients’life safety.This article will analyze the addiction and harmfulness of drugs,the causes of self-harm of patients undergoing compulsory detoxification,and the nursing countermeasures of patients undergoing compulsory detoxification,so as to provide support for the recovery of such patients.
