加味大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎的效果及对肺功能、炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析加味大承气汤对急性胰腺炎的应用效果及对患者肺功能、炎症因子的影响。方法:纳入2021年4月-2022年4月重庆垫江县中医院收治的74例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,经抽签法随机分别西医组(37例,接受常规西药治疗)和中西医组(37例,在西药治疗基础上联合加味大承气汤治疗),通过治疗后中医症状积分、肺功能、炎症因子变化情况验证有效性,并对比两组治疗安全性。结果:与西医组相比,中西医组治疗后的各中医主症、次症积分更低,治疗后各项炎症因子水平更低,各项肺功能水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,中西医组的不良反应发生率为10.81%(4/37),略高于西医组的8.11%(3/37),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用加味大承气汤辅助急性胰腺炎患者的西医治疗可增强治疗效果,对改善患者临床症状及体征、改善肺功能、减轻炎症反应、减少不良反应发生风险均有积极意义。Objective:To analyze the effect of Jiawei Dachengqi Decoction on acute pancreatitis and its influence on lung function and inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 74 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in Chongqing Dianjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2022 were included as the research objects.They were divided into the western medicine group(37 cases,receiving conventional western medicine treatment)and the Chinese and western medicine group(37 cases,combined with Jiawei Dachengqi Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment)by drawing lot.The effectiveness was verified from the changes of TCM symptom score,lung function and inflammatory factors after treatment,and the treatment safety of the two groups was compared.Result:Compared with the western medicine group,the scores of main syndrome and secondary syndrome were lower,the levels of inflammatory factors were lower,and the levels of pulmonary function were higher in the Chinese and western medicine group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese and western medicine group was 10.81%(4/37),which was slightly higher than 8.11%(3/37)in the western medicine group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Using Jiawei Dachengqi Decoction to assist western medicine treatment for patients with acute pancreatitis can enhance the therapeutic effect,it has positive significance in improving clinical symptoms and signs,improving lung function,reducing inflammatory reaction and reducing the risk of adverse reaction.
