合理情绪疗法联合信息-动机-行为技巧模式对老年冠心病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究合理情绪疗法联合信息-动机-行为技巧模式对老年冠心病患者生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法:选取福建医科大学附属第二医院2019年10月-2020年10月纳入的100例老年冠心病患者,按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50),对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用合理情绪疗法联合信息-动机-行为技巧模式。评估两组生活质量、心理状态、满意度、希望水平、依从性。结果:研究组生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的总满意度为98.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05);研究组希望水平优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组依从率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论:合理情绪疗法联合信息-动机-行为技巧模式应用于老年冠心病患者能有效提高患者的生活质量,改善心理状态,提高患者满意度及希望水平也提高患者依从性。Objective:To explore the effect of rational emotional therapy combined with information-motivation-behavior skill model on the quality of life and psychological state of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease included in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from October 2019 to October 2020 were divided into control group (n=50) and study group (n=50) according to the simple random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the study group was treated with rational emotional therapy combined with information-motivation-behavior skill model.The quality of life,psychological status,satisfaction,hope level and treatment compliance of the two groups were evaluated.Result:The quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05);the psychological status of the study group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05);the total satisfaction of patients in the study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00% in the control group (P<0.05);the level of hope in the study group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05);the compliance rate in the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rational emotional therapy combined with information-motivation-behavior skill model in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the quality of life,improve the psychological status,improve the satisfaction and hope level of patients,and improve the treatment compliance of patients.
