摘  要:血管源性搏动性耳鸣(Pulsatile tinnitus,PT)的病理生理与头颈部血流动力学改变有关。乙状窦病变、岩骨段颈内动脉病变、颅内硬脑膜动静脉瘘等不同血管解剖改变所致的PT其耳鸣特点不同,并且伴随症状亦不同。这使我们在诊治疾病时有迹可循,并通过影像学检查明确病变的血管。找到结构异常血管后,通过手术纠正血管解剖异常,可使PT缓解,甚至消失。The pathophysiology of vascular pulsatile tinnitus(PT) is related to changes of hemodynamics in the head and neck region.The unique characteristics and accompanying symptoms of PT are caused by different abnormal vascular anatomies such as sigmoid sinus anomalies,petrous segment lesions of internal carotid artery and intracranial dural arteriovenous fistula,which provide clues to the diagnosis.Diseased vessels can be identified by imaging.PT can be improved or sometimes eliminated by operational interventions.
