摘 要:噪声习服即在给动物高强度噪声暴露之前,先给予低水平、无破坏性的声音刺激,从而减少随后高强度噪声引发的暂时性或永久性听力阈移。其机制不明,目前研究报道噪声习服是通过保护毛细胞、激活下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,HPA or HTPA axis)、氧化应激及代谢调节等机制发挥保护作用。因此学者们进行大量研究,探索应用噪声习服预防、干预各种理化因素引起的听力下降。本文总结了噪声习服的作用机制及动物实验的相关研究进展,从理论上探讨噪声习服临床应用的可行性,为后续研究及临床治疗提供重要的参考。In sound conditioning,animals are exposed to low-level sound stimuli prior to noise exposure to reduce hearing threshold shift induced by high-intensity noise.The mechanism of sound conditioning is unknown.Current research reports believe that sound conditioning plays a protective role by protecting hair cells,activating the(The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,HPA or HTPA axis) axis,regulating oxidative stress,and so on.Scholars have conducted a large number of studies to explore the application of sound conditioning in preventing and treating hearing loss caused by various physical and chemical factors.This article summarizes on the mechanism of sound conditioning and progress in related research including animal experiments,and theoretically explores the feasibility of the clinical application of sound conditioning,providing a basis for future research and clinical application.
