摘　　要：目的:探讨数字化健康干预对肠造口患者病耻感及心理适应性的影响。方法:选取广州市第一人民医院2020年4月-2021年4月的82例肠造口患者,采用随机分组的方法分为试验组(42例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用数字化健康干预,对比两组社会生活量表和社会心理适应量表评分。结果:(1)出院后3个月,试验组社会生活量表内在病耻感维度评分为(13.67±2.40)分,社会孤立维度评分为(16.60±2.81)分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)试验组造口患者社会心理适应量表(ostomy adjustment inventory-20,OAI-20)情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肠造口患者实行数字化健康干预措施,能有效改善肠造口患者病耻感,并能调整患者的心理适应能力,加速患者回归社会,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of digital health intervention on stigma and psychological adaptation of enterostomy patients.Method:A total of 82 patients with enterostomy in Guangzhou First People’s Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group(42 cases)and control group(40 cases),the control group was given routine nursing,the experimental group used digital health intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of the social life scale and the social psychosocial adaptation scale were compared between the two groups.Result:(1)The stigma dimension score was(13.67±2.40)points,and social isolation dimension score was(16.60±2.81)points of the social life scale in the experimental group,were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The ostomy adjustment inventory-20(OAI-20)of the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Digital health interventions for patients with enterostomy can effectively improve their stigma and adjust their psychological adaptability.In addition,accelerate their return to society,and improve their quality of life.
