摘　　要：肿瘤细胞所产生的多药耐药性严重阻碍着化疗的效果,其侵袭转移是一个烦琐复杂的病变过程,往往提示着预后不良。苦参碱作为苦参碱类生物碱一种,其生物活性可以在机体表现出来,对白血病、肝癌、乳腺癌等肿瘤多药耐药有着明显的效果,对肝癌、结直肠癌、甲状腺乳头状癌、鼻咽癌、肺癌等肿瘤侵袭转移,有着突出的临床治疗优势,本文综述了苦参碱逆转肿瘤多药耐药及抑制侵袭转移的研究进展。The multiple drug resistance produced by tumor cells seriously hinders the efficacy of chemotherapy,and its invasion and metastasis is a complicated pathological process,often suggesting a poor prognosis.As a kind of matrine alkaloid,the biological activity of matrine can be displayed in the body,and it has obvious effect on multiple drug resistance of leukemia,liver cancer,breast cancer and other tumors,and has outstanding clinical treatment advantages for invasion and metastasis of liver cancer,colorectal cancer,papillary carcinoma of thyroid,nasopharyngeal carcinoma,lung cancer and other tumors.This paper reviews the research progress of matrine in reversing multidrug resistance and inhibiting invasion and metastasis of tumors.
