摘　　要：制浆造纸企业在运营中产生大量的数据,从工业和设备的数据,到车间和工厂级的数据,再甚至企业集团的数据,都需要经过收集、整理与分析,因此,工业互联网在此过程中发挥了重要的作用。化学浆厂在整个流程中会面临浆产量、浆质量、能源效率、化学品效率、环保要求、可靠性等多个因素的考量,因此,要保证化学浆厂从开机到运营过程的稳定、高产、低成本等,便需要工业互联网的支撑,帮助企业在原有能力上获得提升。文中通过维美德中国区市场与传播副总裁刘靖伟先生的讲述,介绍了工业互联网在化学浆厂的应用和国际经验。Pulp and paper enterprises generate a large amount of data in their operations,from equipment and workshop data,to factory-level data,and even data of enterprise groups,all of which need to be collected,organized and analyzed.Therefore,the Industrial Internet has played an important role in this process.Chemical pulp mills will face the consideration of pulp output,pulp quality,energy efficiency,chemical efficiency,environmental protection requirements,reliability and other factors in the entire process.Therefore,to ensure the stability,high output and low cost of chemical pulp mill operations,Industrial Internet is requried to help companies improve their capabilities.In the article,Mr.Liu Jingwei,Vice President of Marketing and Communication of Valmet China,introduced the application and international experience of Industrial Internet in chemical pulp mills.
