摘　　要：骨科疾病是现代社会的普遍问题,患者与医者面临手术与保守治疗之间的抉择。针刀医学兼具西医手术切割、分离作用与传统中医针刺作用,是中西医结合的成果。骨病患者进行手术易造成大范围损伤,传统中医针刺治疗效果较差,而利用针刀医学特点对骨病进行微创、松解治疗,能起到较好的疗效。近年来针刀医学在骨病中运用更加广泛,研究成果丰富,同时也存在缺乏实验室研究、临床研究质量不高等缺点。因此,本文结合最新针刀医学研究相关文献,总结针刀医学历史与发展,概括目前骨病中针刀临床应用情况,探讨针刀医学未来发展方向。Orthopaedic diseases are a common problem in modern society,and patients and medical practitioners are always faced with the choice between surgery and conservative treatment.Acupotomology combines the surgical dissection and decollement of western medicine with the acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine,and is the result of the integration of Chinese and western medicine.Surgery is prone to extensive damage for patients with bone diseases,and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture is not ideal,while a very good efficacy can be obtained with acupotomology through minimally invasive and loosening therapy for bone diseases.In recent years,acupotomology has been more widespread in bone diseases with abundant study achievements,accompanied by a lack of laborator y studies and low quality of clinical s tudy.Therefore,this paper summarizes the history and development of acupotomology,generalizes the current clinical application of acupotomology in bone diseases,and discusses the future development direction of acupotomology by combining the latest acupotomology study-related literature.
