针刺联合丹红注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合丹红注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月在湛江中心人民医院诊治的80例AIS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组采用针刺联合丹红注射液治疗。比较两组的疗效、颅内血流动力学指标、血管内皮功能指标和不良反应。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PSV、EDV、PI水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ET、vWF、VEC水平低于对照组,FDM高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺联合丹红注射液治疗AIS可以提高疗效,改善颅内血流动力学和减轻血管内皮受损程度。Objective To investigate the application value of acupuncture combined with Danhong Injection in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A total of 80 patients with AIS treated in Zhanjiang Central People’s Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,patients were randomized to observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Danhong Injection.The efficacy,intracranial hemodynamic indexes,vascular endothelial function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PSV,EDV and PI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of ET,vWF and VEC in the observation group were significantly lower,and FDM was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Danhong Injection in the treatment of AIS can not only improve the curative effect,but also improve intracranial hemodynamics and reduce the damage of vascular endothelium.
