摘 要:目的研究皮下注射重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗小儿生长激素缺乏症(GHD)与特发性矮小症(ISS)的疗效。方法选取赤峰市医院2019年1月至2021年4月收入的GHD患儿43例,ISS患儿34例进行研究,均采取同样的rhGH治疗,观察两组患儿治疗前后生长指标、治疗期间身高增值、生长速度变化、治疗前后促甲状腺激素(TSH)及胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)。结果两组患儿治疗前后TSH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿治疗前后体重比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿治疗6个月后身高高于治疗前(P<0.05);两组骨龄治疗6个月后较治疗前均略有增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6个月GHD组身高增值及治疗6个月后生长速度均高于ISS组,治疗后GHD组与ISS组IGF-1值均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论皮下注射rhGH对GHD、ISS均有良好的治疗效果,提高增长速度,有效促进患儿生长,GHD治疗效果更加理想,值得应用。Objective To study the efficacy of subcutaneous injection of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)in the treatment of growth hormone deficiency(GHD)and idiopathic short stature(ISS)in children.Methods A total of 43 children with GHD and 34 children with ISS who were admitted to Chifeng Municipal Hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects.All of them were treated with rhGH.The growth indexes before and after treatment,increase in height during treatment,growth rate changes,thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results There was no difference in TSH before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no difference in weight before and after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The height of children in two groups after 6 months of treatment was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The bone age of children in the two groups slightly increased after 6 months of treatment compared with that before treatment,without statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The increase in height after 3 months and 6 months of treatment and growth rate after 6 months of treatment of the GHD group were higher than those of the ISS group.The IGF-1 after treatment of the GHD group and the ISS group were higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Subcutaneous injection of rhGH has good efficacy on GHD and ISS,which can speed up the growth rate and effectively promote the growth of children,with more ideal treatment effects of GHD.Thus,it is worthy of applicati on.
