摘  要:骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种以关节软骨破坏、软骨下骨重塑、骨赘形成和关节周围组织炎性反应改变为特征的慢性退行性关节疾病。OA患者通常表现为慢性疼痛并出现关节功能性活动降低。研究发现,关节软骨细胞和软骨下骨对机械应力刺激敏感,并且具有一定的强度依赖性。目前,跑台运动广泛运用于OA动物实验。中等强度跑台运动能够预防和延缓OA病程;高强度跑台运动能够促进OA的发生发展。因此,本文综述不同强度跑台运动对鼠类动物OA造模和康复的影响,明确高强度跑台运动能够应用于OA造模,同时中等强度跑台运动能够应用于OA康复。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a chronic degenerative joint disease characterized by destruction of articular cartilage,remodeling of the subchondral bone,osteophyte formation,and inflammation in the periarticular tissues,culminating with chronic pain and reduction in the functional capacity of patients.Studies have shown that chondrocytes and subchondral bone are sensitive to mechanical stress stimulation with load intensity dependency.At present,the treadmill running has been widely used in OA animal experiments.It has been shown that moderate-intensity treadmill running can prevent and delay the progression of OA in vivo,while high-intensity treadmill running can accelerate its progression and hasten joint degeneration.This article expounds that there could be a different impact upon OA modeling and treatment with varying intensity of treadmill running in animal experiments.It is clear that high-intensity treadmill running can be used in OA modeling,while moderate-intensity treadmill running can be used in OA rehabilitation.
