俞募配穴法中药敷贴联合耳穴揿针对胸痹心痛症患者的护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨俞募配穴法中药敷贴联合耳穴揿针对胸痹心痛症患者的护理干预效果。方法 选择2020年3月至2021年7月在徐州市中医院进行治疗的胸痹心痛症患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组予以中医内科护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用俞募配穴法中药敷贴联合耳穴揿针干预。比较护理干预后两组患者的心电图疗效、疼痛程度评分、焦虑和抑郁评分及睡眠质量情况。结果 观察组患者干预后的心电图总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后3、7d观察组患者的NRS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者干预后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者干预后的各项PSQI(入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、催眠药物、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 俞募配穴法中药敷贴联合耳穴揿针对胸痹心痛症患者的干预效果显著,有效提高治疗效果,缓解疼痛,改善患者焦虑、抑郁不良情绪,有效提高睡眠质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine application of Shu Mu acupoint matching method combined with acupuncture at auricular points for patients with chest obstruction and heartache. Methods The subjects of the study are 82 patients with chest pain and heartache who were treated in Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from March 2020 to July 2021 were divided into the control group(n=41) and the observation group(n=41) by random number table method. The control group received TCM internal nursing intervention, and the observation group used the method of traditional Chinese medicine application of Shu Mu acupoint matching method combined with acupuncture at auricular points on the basis of the control group. The electrocardiogram curative effect, pain degree score, anxiety and depression score and sleep quality of the two groups of patients after nursing intervention were compared. Results The total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the observation group after intervention was 95.12%, which was higher than 78.05% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);The NRS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 and 7 days after intervention, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);The HAMA and HAMD scores of the patients in the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);The scores of PSQI(falling asleep time, sleep time, sleep quality, hypnotics, sleep disorders, sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction) of the patients in the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).
