摘　　要：本文分析了云南某三甲医院科研管理工作现状和存在的问题,并根据医院科研管理工作实际需求,提出构建研发以科研管理工作内容为主线,基于计算机信息技术和网络技术,集科研、人事、财务三位一体的科研管理流程与科研管理数据处理并重的科研管理信息系统,以满足科研管理部门进行日常科研项目、科研论文及科研成果、科研经费与科研统计查询等常规管理工作,实现医院科研信息资源共享、科研项目实时采集、定时审核、数据综合分析以及信息的批量导出导入,为今后医院科研人员提供一个能管理个人科研数据的平台,为科研人员职称晋升、岗位聘任、科研绩效考核提供准确数据,为其他业务部门提供科研数据查询和统计的途径。The status quo and existing problems of scientific research management work in a class A tertiary hospital in Yunnan province are analyzed in this paper. According to the actual demands of the hospital’s scientific research management work, it is proposed to build a scientific research management information system focusing on the content of scientific research management work, based on computer information technology and network technology, which integrates scientific research, personnel and finance, and pays equal attention to scientific research management procedure and scientific research management data processing. The purposes are to meet the conventional management work of scientific research management departments such as routine scientific research projects, scientific research papers and scientific research achievements, scientific research funds and scientific research statistics query. The purposes are to realize the sharing of hospital scientific research information resources, the real-time collection of the scientific research projects, the regular audit, the comprehensive data analysis, and the batch export and import of information. The purposes are also to provide a platform for hospital scientific researchers to manage personal scientific research data in the future, provide accurate data for scientific researchers’ title promotion, post appointment and scientific research performance assessment, and provide a way for other business departments to query and count scientific research data.
