中国共产党反腐倡廉思想指导下我国体育腐败治理能力提升与路径优化

摘　　要：中国共产党反腐倡廉思想作为各行业开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的重要理论武器,也是指导我国体育腐败治理的重要行动指南。笔者采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法梳理、归纳了以习近平同志为核心的党中央开展反腐倡廉工作提出的一系列新思想、新理论、新举措。研究认为新时代背景下中国共产党反腐倡廉思想对指导我国体育腐败治理具有重要的思想先导意义。新时期,需要不断提升对体育腐败严重性的认知能力,体育反腐长期性的持久能力,“不想腐”的廉政体育生态的建设能力,“不能腐”的监督机制的巩固能力,“不敢腐”的惩治体制的健全能力,从而推进我国体育腐败治理进程,促进我国体育腐败治理体系与治理能力现代化建设。Communist Party of China thought on anti-corruption,is an important theoretical weapon for the construction of honest administration and the fight against corruption.It is also an important action guide for sports corruption governance in China.Using the method of literature and logical analysis,this paper summarizes a series of new ideas,new theories and new measures put forward by the CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core to carry out anti-corruption work.Research suggests the CPC’s thought of combating corruption has an important ideological guiding significance to the governance of sports corruption in China in the new era.In the new period,we needs to enhance cognitive ability of sports corruption severity,long-term durable sports anti-corruption ability,"no wishes for corruption" clean sports ecological construction ability,"no chances for corruption" supervision mechanism to consolidate the ability,"no nerves for corruption" sound punishment system ability,so as to promote sports corruption governance process and the modernization of sports corruption governance system and governance ability in China.
