摘  要:对非烧结粉煤灰陶粒代替普通粗骨料的圆柱承载能力以及变形性能进行试验研究,提出了双层箍筋柱这种新型的结构形式,其特点包括内外双层箍筋.目的是观察双层螺旋箍筋对混凝土承载力的作用,以及配箍率对承载力的影响,得到荷载-位移曲线.通过试验结果可以看出,双层螺旋箍筋柱强度高于单层箍筋,结果还表明了随着配箍率的提升其延性也可以得到很好的改善,极大地提高了构件的变形能力,柱内圆形箍筋的设置能很好地提高承载力.同时通过ABAQUS有限元软件对双层螺旋箍筋约束下的非烧结粉煤灰陶粒混凝土力学性能进行分析,通过对约束非烧结粉煤灰陶粒混凝土轴心受压状态下的破环极限及变形形式进行模拟,模拟结果与试验结果相一致.The bearing capacity and deformation performance of non sintered fly ash ceramsite instead of ordinary coarse aggregate were studied.This paper puts forward a new structural form of double-layer stirrup column,which has the characteristics of inner and outer double-layer stirrups.The purpose is to observe the effect of double-layer spiral stirrup on the bearing capacity of concrete and the effect of stirrup ratio on the bearing capacity,and obtain the load displacement curve.The test results show that the strength of double-layer spiral stirrup column is higher than that of single-layer stirrup.The results also show that with the increase of stirrup ratio,its ductility can be improved,and the deformation capacity of members is greatly improved.The setting of circular stirrup in the column can improve the bearing capacity.At the same time,the mechanical properties of non sintered fly ash ceramsite concrete restrained by double-layer spiral stirrup are analyzed by ABAQUS finite element software.By simulating the ring breaking limit and deformation form of non sintered fly ash ceramsite concrete under axial compression,the simulation results are consistent with the test results.
