摘  要:以稻壳和壳聚糖为原料,制备了毫米级改性稻壳生物炭/壳聚糖复合水凝胶球(NBC/CTS)吸附剂.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了样品的微观形貌和结构.NBC/CTS通过化学作用吸附孔雀石绿(MG).吸附过程可以用伪二阶动力学和Langmuir等温线模型来描述.NBC/CTS对MG的吸附效率优于活性炭颗粒(ACp),其最大吸附量为99.18 mg/g是ACp的5.89倍.该吸附剂能循环回收利用且回收率接近100%.Modified rice husk biochar/chitosan composite hydrogel bead(NBC/CTS)at millimeter scale were synthesized by rice husk and chitosan.The micro morphology and structure of the samples were characterized bySEMandFT-IR.NBC/CTS adsorbs malachite green(MG)by chemicalaction.The adsorption process can be described by pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir isotherm models.The adsorption efficiency of NBC/CTS for MG is better than that of activated carbon particles(ACP),and its maximum adsorption capacity is 99.18 mg/g,which is 5.89 times that of ACP.The adsorbent can be recycled and the recovery rate is close to 100%.
