摘 要:本文通过模拟与实验相结合的方法研究了窗户传热.首先借助Window软件,模拟分析不同厚度的玻璃及不同空气层厚度对外窗传热系数的影响,借助Therm软件模拟分析出窗框扇与玻璃接触处窗户热量损失最大,其次根据模拟结果进行了相应的实验测试与改进.改进的主要方法是通过增加空气层厚度,增加窗户传热热阻,减小整窗的传热系数.结果表明,塑钢双层四玻窗的保温效果最好,而塑钢单层双玻窗最差;改进节能窗后,传热系数、冷风渗透耗热量、冷桥热失量及辐射换热量均有不同程度的下降,从而为节能窗的进一步研发提供了参考依据.The heat transfer of windows was studied by a combination of simulation and experiment.Firstly,the effect of different thicknesses of glass and air layer on the heat transfer coefficient of the external window was simulated with Window software.Therm software was used to simulate the maximum heat loss of a window at the contact between the window frame and the glass.Secondly,based on the simulation results,experimental test and improvement were carried out.The main method of improvement is to increase the heat transfer resistance of the window by increasing the thickness of the air layer and reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the entire window.The results show that the thermal insulation effect of a double-layer four-glass plastic steel window is the best,while that of a single-layer four-glass plastic steel window is the worst.After improved energy-saving window,the heat transfer coefficient,the heat consumption of cold air penetration,the heat loss of the cold bridge and the radiation heat transfer all have varying degrees of decline,which provides a reference for further research and development of energy-saving windows.
