摘 要:基于建筑业可持续发展的背景下,为提高建筑工人的整体综合素质,适应建筑业的转型升级,本文利用SPSS24.0的因子分析、AMOS24.0的效度检验以及建立数学测量模型,对东北地区建筑工人的人力资本投资水平进行测量,探究不同代际工人的人力资本投资水平差异.结果显示,建立了东北地区建筑工人人力资本投资水平的衡量指标和数学测量模型,发现了不同代际建筑工人的教育投资水平、健康投资水平和迁移投资水平均存在显著差异.这有利于建筑业管理者掌握工人的人力资本投资水平差异,从而对不同代际的建筑工人进行差异化管理.Based on the background of sustainable development of construction industry,in order to improve the overall comprehensive quality of construction workers and adapt to the transformation and upgrading of construction industry,this paper uses spss 24.0 factor analysis,AMOS 24.0 validitytest and the established mathematical measurement model to measure the human capital investment level of construction workers in Northeast China,and explore the differences of human capital investment level of different generations of workers.The results show that the measurement index and mathematical measurement model of human capital investment level of construction workers in Northeast China are established,and it is found that there are significant differences in education investment level,health investment level and migration investment level of construction workers between different generations.This is conducive to the construction industry managers to grasp the differences of workers'human capital investment level,so as to carry out differentiated management for construction workers of different generations.
