摘 要:针对冷拔过程中冷拔模具导致钢管产生横裂问题,采用数值模拟对成品规格为OD355.6 mm×44.45 mm的4140无缝钢管进行冷拔分析。通过建立冷拔钢管的分析模型,分析钢管在冷拔过程中的应力、应变、金属流动特征,分析表明:管件冷拔入模阶段和稳定拔制阶段受力项一致,但稳定拔制阶段受力更大;冷拔过程中金属沿着轴向流动,在定径带处,外壁金属向里流动,内壁金属向外流动;冷拔模具的入口锥角度α和定径带宽度b对拔制力影响较大,计算认为其最佳参数为α=10°和b=25 mm。Aiming at the problem of transverse crack of steel pipe caused by cold drawn die in the process of cold drawn, cold drawing analysis of 4140 seamless steel pipe with specification of OD355.6 mm×44.45 mm was carried out adopting numerical simulation. By establishing the analysis model of cold drawn steel pipe, the stress, strain and metal flow characteristics of steel pipe in the process of cold drawing were analyzed. The analysis shows that the stress in the cold drawing stage is the same as that in the stable drawing stage, but the stress in the stable drawing stage is greater. In the process of cold drawing, the metal flows along the axial direction. At the sizing belt, the outer wall metal flows inward and the inner wall metal flows outward. The inlet cone angle α of cold drawing die and sizing band width b have a great influence on the drawing force. The calculation shows that the best parameter is α=10° and b=25 mm.
