摘  要:聚乙烯燃气埋地管道管体失效引发泄漏爆炸的主要原因包括管道本体质量缺陷、管道焊接缺陷、外力机械损伤和其他因素,针对影响因素提出了相应的检测方法,包括目测法、力学性能试验、无损检测方法、管道定位探测技术。为了解决聚乙烯管道探测问题,确定了利用燃气PE管线探测仪GPPL+探地雷达技术组合的技术方案,并在现场应用中取得了较好的应用成果;同时开发了能通过聚乙烯燃气管道90°直角弯头,将示踪线敷设于管道内部的牵拉装置。The main causes of leakage explosion caused by failure of polyethylene gas buried pipeline include quality defect of pipeline body, welding defect of pipeline, external force mechanical damage and other factors. Corresponding detection methods were proposed for influencing factors, including visual inspection method, mechanical property test, nondestructive testing method, pipeline positioning detection technology. In order to solve the problem of polyethylene pipeline detection, the technical scheme of polyethylene pipeline detection using the technical combination of gas PE pipeline detector GPPL + ground penetrating radar was determined, and good application results were obtained in field application. At the same time, 90° right angle elbow which can pass through polyethylene gas pipeline was developed, a pulling device can lay the tracer line inside the pipeline.
