煤化工项目管廊蒸汽管线自然补偿器设置研究

摘  要:为满足煤化工项目全厂外管廊上不同压力等级蒸汽管道的自然补偿器柔性设计要求,运用ASME B31.1—2020提供的方法,结合CAESARⅡ软件的分析,通过计算给出了不同压力等级蒸汽管道自然补偿器尺寸、固定点间距的建议值。结论为:S1高压蒸汽管道自然补偿器尺寸为7.5 m×5.6 m×1.5 m,固定点间距为60 m;S5低低压蒸汽管道自然补偿器尺寸为7.5 m×5.6 m×1.5 m,固定点间距为80 m;S2中压蒸汽管道、S3次中压蒸汽管道、S4低压蒸汽管道可参照S5低低压蒸汽管道参数设置。In order to meet the flexible design requirements of natural compensators for steam pipelines with different pressure levels on the pipe gallery outside the plant of coal chemical project, this paper used the method provided by ASME B31.1—2020 and the analysis by CAESAR Ⅱ, gave the recommended sizes of natural compensators and the spacing of fixed points for steam pipelines with different pressure levels through calculation. The conclusion is that the natural compensator size of S1 high-pressure steam pipeline is 7.5 m×5.6 m×1.5 m, with fixed point spacing of 60 m. S5 lower pressure steam pipeline natural compensator size is 7.5 m×5.6 m×1.5 m, with fixed point spacing of 80 m. S2 medium pressure steam pipeline, S3 secondary medium pressure steam pipeline and S4 low pressure steam pipeline can be set according to S5 lower pressure steam pipeline parameters.
