摘  要:基于拉伸试验和冲击液压胀形技术,研究了不同退火工艺对H65黄铜管力学性能和成形性能的影响。首先,基于拉伸试验分析了不同退火工艺参数下管材的力学性能,结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,强度和硬度下降,塑性上升,保温时间对材料力学性能的影响较小。然后,从胀形高度、壁厚分布和圆角半径等方面分析了管材的胀形性能和填充性能,结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,破裂内压逐渐减小,胀形高度和壁厚减薄逐渐增大,壁厚分布均匀性和填充性能得到改善,保温时间对成形性能影响不大,但可通过适当延长保温时间来提高材料的成形性能。最后,综合考虑管材力学性能和成形性能的影响,确定退火温度450℃、保温时间60 min为较理想的退火工艺。The effect of different annealing processes on the mechanical properties and formability of H65 brass tube was studied based on tensile test and liquid impact hydroforming technology. Firstly, the mechanical properties of tubes with different annealing process parameters were analyzed based on tensile tests. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the strength and hardness decrease and the plasticity increases. The effect of holding time on the material mechanical properties is small. Then, the bulging and filling properties of tubes were analyzed from the angles of bulging height, wall thickness distribution and fillet radius. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the burst internal pressure decreases gradually, the bulging height and wall thickness thinning increase gradually, and the wall thickness distribution uniformity and filling performance are improved, the holding time has little effect on the formability. However, the formability of the material can be improved by extending the holding time appropriately. Finally, considering the effects of the mechanical properties and formability of the tubes, annealing temperature of 450 ℃ and holding time of 60 min are the ideal annealing process.
