摘  要:基于热模拟压缩试验数据对TB6钛合金高温条件下的流变行为进行了研究。在变形温度为650~850℃、应变速率为0.001~1 s^(-1)的参数范围建立了该金属的本构方程,并绘制了热加工图。此外,针对工字形锻件,对动态再结晶模型与晶粒尺寸模型进行拟合,分析了该锻件不同区域的显微组织特点。结果表明:通过调控应变速率和变形激活能可以对热加工过程中的变形参数进行控制,为热变形有限元模拟准备条件。得到TB6钛合金安全变形参数区间为710~760℃和0.001~0.003 s^(-1)。同时,研究证明TB6钛合金的工字形锻件的再结晶体积分数随变形温度的升高和应变的增大而增大,且α相再结晶晶粒尺寸随再结晶体积分数的增大而减小,β相则相反。Based on the data of thermal simulation compression test,the flow behavior of TB6 titanium alloy at high temperature was studied.The constitutive equation of the metal was established in the parameter range of deformation temperature of 650-850℃and strain rate of 0.001-1 s^(-1),and the hot processing maps were drawn.In addition,for H-shaped forging,the dynamic recrystallization model and grain size model were fitted,and the microstructure characteristics in different areas of the forging were analyzed.The results show that the deformation parameters in hot working process can be controlled by adjusting the strain rate and deformation activation energy,which prepares the conditions for the finite element simulation of hot deformation.It is obtained that the safe deformation parameters range of TB6 titanium alloy are 710-760℃and 0.001-0.003 s^(-1).At the same time,it is proved by the study that the recrystallization volume fraction of TB6 titanium alloy H-shaped forging increases with the increase of deformation temperature and strain,and the recrystallization grain size ofαphase decreases with the increase of recrystallization volume fraction,and the opposite is true forβphase.
