摘 要:以1 mm厚度的DP980和QP980高强度钢板为研究对象,进行了不同方向上的单向拉伸试验和非等比例双向拉伸试验,获得了屈服应力和各向异性系数r以及两种材料的屈服轨迹的试验结果。然后选择Hill1948、Barlat2000-2D和BBC2005这3个各向异性屈服模型进行了对比研究,推导了理论屈服强度和各向异性系数r的数值计算公式并计算了其结果。通过将理论计算值与试验结果进行对比可以发现,相比于Hill1948屈服模型,Barlat2000-2D和BBC2005屈服模型的计算结果基本一致,二者均可对DP980和QP980钢板的屈服应力、各向异性系数r以及屈服轨迹进行准确预测。Taking DP980 and QP980 high-strength steel plates with thickness of 1 mm as the research object, uniaxial tensile tests in different directions and non-proportional biaxial tensile tests were carried out, and the test results of yield stress, anisotropic coefficient r and yield trajectory of the two materials were obtained. Then, three anisotropic yield models including Hill1948, Barlat 2000-2 D and BBC2005 were selected for comparative study. The numerical calculation formulas to calculate the theoretical yield strength and anisotropic coefficient r were derived and the results were calculated. By comparing the theoretical calculated values with the test results, it is found that compared with the Hill1948 yield model, the Barlat2000-2 D and BBC2005 yield models have similar calculation results and both of them can predict the yield stress, anisotropic coefficient r and yield trajectory of DP980 and QP980 steel plates accurately.
