摘 要:为了建立精准的水稻芽期耐盐碱评价体系,本研究采用NaCl∶Na2SO4∶NaHCO3∶Na2CO3摩尔比为1∶9∶9∶1的盐碱混合液模拟松嫩平原盐碱地混合盐溶液,采用梯度试验筛选混合盐碱液胁迫浓度范围,确定水稻品种芽期耐盐碱鉴定的最佳浓度。并用确定浓度的盐碱混合液对243份水稻材料进行芽期耐盐碱鉴定。结果表明,盐碱混合液浓度125mmol·L-1是鉴定的最佳浓度。243份水稻材料在该浓度下鉴定获得耐盐碱性极强的品种72份,耐盐碱性强的品种77份,耐盐碱性中等的品种57份,耐盐碱性弱的品种27份,耐盐碱性极弱的品种10份。In order to establish a precise evaluation system forsaline-alkali tolerance of rice at gernination stage,the molar ratio of NaCl∶Na2SO4∶NaHCO3∶Na2CO3=1∶9∶9∶1was used to simulate the mixed salt solution in the saline alkali land of Songnen Plain.And used the gradient test to screen the stress concentration range of the mixed salt and alkali solution,so as to determine the best concentration for the identification of saline-alkali tolerance of rice at the gernination stage.243rice materials were identified for saline-alkali tolerance at gernination stage with a certain concentration of salt and alkali mixture.The results showed that the optimum concentration was 125mmol·L-1 of salt alkali mixture.Under this concentration,72varieties with extremely strong saline-alkali tolerance and 77varieties with strong saline-alkali tolerance were obtained from 243varieties;There were 57varieties with medium saline-alkali tolerance,27varieties with weak saline-alkali tolerance and 10varieties with extremely weak saline-alkali tolerance.
