摘　　要：参数测量功能是数字示波器的一项非常重要和常用的功能,通过不同测量类型的计算可以得到波形的幅度、时间以及统计信息。该文首先阐述了数字示波器参数测量功能的基本原理及实现方法,然后着重介绍了参数测量功能的软件实现过程。该软件设计方法能够实现所有的参数测量类型的计算,准确度高,测量设置灵活。Parameter measurement is a very important and common function of digital oscilloscope. Through the calculation of different measurement types, the amplitude, time type and statistical information of the wave form can be obtained. First, it describes the basic principles and implementation method of parameter measu rement function for Digital Oscilloscope. Then, it focuses on the software implementation process of the parameter measurement function. The software implementation method can realize the calculation of all parameter measurement types, with high accuracy and flexible measurement settings.
