摘　　要：随着电子技术和计算机技术的飞速发展,串行总线的应用越来越广泛,测试需求也越复杂深入,数字示波器的串行总线协议分析模块可以大大提高串行总线的测试效率。该文首先介绍了串行总线协议分析模块的研究背景和意义。其次,介绍了数字示波器的串行总线协议分析模块的总体设计方案。然后,研究了串行总线协议分析模块实现的关键技术。该设计方法解码速度快、同步误差小,能够很好地满足串行总线的测试需求。With the rapid development of electronic technology and computer technology, the application of serial bus is more and more extensive, the test requirements are more and more complex. The serial bus protocol analysis module of digital oscilloscope can greatly improve the test efficiency of serial bus. First, it introduces the research background and significance of serial bus protocol analysis module of digital oscilloscope. Then, it introduces the overall design scheme of serial bus protocol analysis module of digital oscilloscope. Then, it studies the key technologies of the serial bus protocol analysis module. This method has the fast decoding speed and small synchronization error, and can well meets the test requirements of serial bus.
