摘 要:鉴于当前剩余电流断路器的不足,提出了一种区分一般漏电[1]和设备投切漏电的新型剩余电流断路器。该断路器通过测量突变剩余电流信号发生前后剩余电流矢量的两组幅度和相角,计算出突变剩余电流的大小和所在相位,并结合三相相线电流的变化,使剩余电流断路器具备区分一般漏电和设备投切漏电的功能。实验表明,采用了该方法的剩余电流断路器,能准确分离出设备投切造成的漏电,消除了设备投切引起的剩余电流变化导致的断路器误动作。In view of the deficiency of residual current circuit breaker, a new residual current circuit breaker is proposed to distinguish general leakage from equipment switching leakage. The circuit breaker measures two groups of amplitude and phase angle of the residual current vector before and after the occurrence of the abrupt residual current signal, calculates the magnitude and phase of the residual current, and combined with the change of three-phase line current, the residual current circuit breaker has the function of distinguishing general leakage and equipment switching. The experiment shows that the residual current circuit breaker with the modified method can accurately separate the leakage caused by equipment switching and eliminate the incorrect operation of the circuit breaker.
