摘  要:结合机器人伺服驱动器电源母线电压和使用过程中对铝电解电容器的充放电的特殊要求,该文给出滤波用铝电解电容器的选材及设计方案。主要通过选用含高磷化成箔、高电导高闪火电解液和增加垫纸垫箔技术制备铝电解电容器。经验证产品耐5000万次充放电,具备更高的耐纹波电流能力,产品满足伺服驱动电源使用要求。The bus voltage of the power supply of the robot servo driver and the special requirements for charging and discharging of the aluminium electrolytic capacitor,the material selection and design scheme of the aluminium electrolytic capacitor used for filtering are given.Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are prepared by selecting high phosphating foil,high conductivity and high flash electrolysis solution and adding pad paper and pad foil.It has been proved that the product can withstand 50 million charge and discharge times,and has higher ripple current resistance.The product can meet the requirements of servo drive power supply.
